This privacy policy aims to give you information on how Business Airfare collects and processes your PI, including any PI you may provide through the Platform, when you purchase a product or service or sign up to our newsletter.

It is important that you read this privacy policy together with any other privacy policy, notice or fair processing policy we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing PI about you, so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your PI. Our client portal (Booking Portals), your bookings and your travel documents are stored for us by Supabase in the European Union, in Ireland. Our website, our client portal and our app are served by Vercel, Inc., a United States company; the part of our system that reads your data runs in Dublin, Ireland. We have procedures in place to address suspected data breaches and will notify affected individuals and regulators where required by law.

We retain PI only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements.

PI may be retained longer where required to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations. Retention decisions are based on the nature, sensitivity, and risk associated with the PI.
